To: REBECCA MATHENEY RICE, FLETTICE ARDELIA MCINTYRE, EVELYN L HEMMINGS, GLENNA J FILIPEK, ALVIN L ENGELKE, FREDA E TOWNS, RADA FRANCIS TAYLOR, EDSEL Y TAYLOR, STALNAKER ENERGY CORP, SOMERSET MINERALS LP, ELIZABETH MILLER, MIKE ROSS INC, SHIRLEY ANN ESCUE, RONALD L CARNES, REGIL HINTON CARNES, CATHERINE M CARNES, NORVELL LEE CARNES, D R (CAVENDER) CARNES C/O THEODORE E CAVENDER, GREGORY DEAN ADKINS, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have an interest in the subject property.
You will take notice that WACO OIL&GAS CO INC/MIKE ROSS, the purchaser of the tax liens on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2016-S-09000073, 98 AC WTS QU SH MIN 1/3 OF 41/100 INT, located in UNION, which was returned delinquent in the name of RICE REBECCA MATHENEY, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Clay County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 15th day of November, 2016, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2018, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount you will have to pay on the last day, March 31, 2018, will be as follows:
Amount equal to the taxes and charges due on the date of the sale, with $ 99.01
interest, to March 31, 2018.
Amount of subsequent year’s taxes paid on the property, since the sale, $ 5.71
with interest to March 31, 2018.
Amount paid for the Title Examination and preparation of the list to be served $ 816.06
and for preparation and service of notice with interest from January 1, 2017,
following the sheriff’s sale to March 31, 2018.
Amount paid for other statutory costs with interest from following the sheriff’s $ 1,186.52
sale to March 31, 2018.
Total Amount Payable to Sheriff – cashier check, money order or certified check $ 2,107.30
must be made payable to The Honorable Donny Triplett, Sheriff and
Treasurer of Clay County.
Cost of Certification of Redemption – cashier check, money order or certified $ 35.00
check must be made payable to The Honorable John B. McCuskey, State Auditor.
You may redeem any time before March 31, 2018, by paying the above total
less any unearned interest.
