ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID LANDFILL GAS EXTRACTION WELL DRILLING RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY BECKLEY, RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority (RCSWA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide landfill gas extraction well drilling services at the RCSWA’s sanitary landfill in Beckley, West Virginia. The project will consist of providing drilling services for the purpose of installing passive gas vents within the previously deposited municipal solid waste. Consisting of approximately 400 feet of drilling, 36″ diameter hole. The installation of the gravel and piping for the gas vents will be performed by RCSWA personnel.
