Greenbrier County Airport Authority is accepting quotes for renovation of the current restaurant location. Architectural drawings are available electronically by contacting [email protected] 304-645-3961 x222. Work will commence within 2 weeks of selection with a 10 week period to complete. Applicant must have extensive experience with commercial construction methods and is responsible for all required insurance, permits and inspections for a turn-key project. This is a comprehensive renovation to include some design/build electrical and plumbing aspects. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. EST June 12, 2017.
