BID The Fayetteville Fire Department will be accepting sealed bids for the following: Construction of a concrete driveway and associated sidewalks in front of a new addition to the existing station located at 15O Lively Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia. Successful bidder must meet all applicable license and certifications for this type of construction required by state and local authorities and must produce evidence of meeting all requirements. Bidder will be responsible for obtaining all construction permits required and any necessary inspection approvals. Specific details and construction requirements are available from the Fayetteville Fire Department (FFD) by sending a written request to Fayetteville Fire Department, P.O. Box 812, Fayetteville, WV 25840. The successful bidder must meet the minimum specifications provided by the Fayetteville Fire Department and provide any proposed modifications to FFD specifications for approval. All bids must be postmarked no later than December 8, 2016 and mailed to Fayetteville Fire Department, P.O.
