The City of Pleasant Valley’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request(s) on November 17, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 2340 Kingmont Road, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1.Jack’s Muffler of Fairmont, LLC., is requesting a Conditional Use to operate an automobile-service station business at 1205 Pleasant Valley Road as required in Article 2002, III, H of Ordinance 28-A – Planning and Zoning.
2.Michael and Beverly Butler are requesting a Variance to construct an accessory structure at their 2122 Davis Street residence. The building would exceed the limits of Article 4000, VIII, D which states that the aggregate floor area of all accessory structures shall not exceed 1⁄2 the total floor area of the primary structure.
