the object of the above entitled action is to collect on monies owed on an account for an automobile accident. Said account is past due.
And is appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant without effect.
It is ordered that Andre Morman does serve upon Rhonda Starn, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Marion County, whose address is Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Room 211, Fairmont, WV 26554, and Steven M. Recht, Esquire, whose address is Post Office Box 841, Weirton, West Virginia 26062, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before January 4, 2017, otherwise Judgment by default will be taken against Andre Morman at any time thereafter. The Clerk is directed to mail, via first-class mail, a copy of the Summons and Complaint to Andre Morman at 131 Chestnut Street, Fairmont, WV 26554.
