This suit is to partition real property in Frankford Dist., Greenbrier Co., WV, formerly owned by W.R. Grizzel (deceased) and Ocie Grizzel, containing 80 acres, more or less, and more fully described in a deed dated December 15, 1994, of record in the Greenbrier Co. Clerk’s Office in DB 428, PG 842.
It appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that Defendant is a non-resident of WV, it is hereby ORDERED that within 30 days of the first publication hereof, you serve upon Lieselotte Heil, Turner Law Firm, PLLC, PO Box 1865, Lewisburg, WV 24901, attorney for the Plaintiffs, an answer, including any related counter-claim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this Civil Action. If you fail to do so, thereafter, upon proper hearing and trial, judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A Copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
