Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of August 2017 at 10:00 a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge James J. Rowe, Sarah Lee Knox will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Nicholas County, West Virginia for the entry of and order by said Court changing her name from Sarah Lee Knox to Sarah Lee Terry, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby noticed that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
