City of Vienna Invitation to Bid ST#18-05
Financing Skid Steer Loader and a Subcompact Tractor
The City of Vienna Streets Department is seeking sealed proposals for the financing of a skid steer loader w/attachments and a sub -compact tractor.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Finance Director, Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Monday, July 31, 2017 at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID ST#18-05.ã
Prospective bidders may contact Amy Roberts at (304) 295-5070, ext. 341, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered.
