It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JEREMY B. LOWE & MIRANDA M. NEAL are unknown residents of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that JEREMY B. LOWE & MIRANDA M. NEAL serve upon DORIS E. NEAL & MIKEL NEAL, plaintiffS, whose address is PO Box 175, INDORE, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 31, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
