Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of October, 2016, at the hour of 9:30 AM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the undersigned will apply to the Circuit Court of Tucker County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court to change the name of the undersigned petitioner Wendy Virginia Cutright to the name of Wendy Virginia Lambert. Any party that can show good cause why the name should not be changed may appear at that time and object to the change of name.
