NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR FORFEITURE
The object of this suit is to seek an Order forfeiting the herein described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (Chapter 60A, Article 7, of the West Virginia Code, as amended).
TO: Any Claimant of a right or interest in said property
You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before November 7, 2015. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the Claimant and any address where legal process can be served upon said Claimant.
The property seized and subject of this suit is described as follows:
Beginning at a found 1 inch iron pipe in concrete, corner
to Caldwell and being 20 feet from the centerline of U. S.
Route 219, thence with the southern bound of said route
for 2 lines, N. 89-39-14 E. 266.31 feet to a point, thence
N. 84-24-10 E. 63.66 feet to a point, set a steel rein
forcing rod, 20 feet from centerline of road, at the head
of a ditch, thence leaving bounds of said route and with
a new line of division following the centerline of said ditch
and crossing a creek, S. 2-31-06 E. 300.00 ft. to a point,
set a steel reinforcing rod in the northern bounds of CSX
Transportation Railway, 60 feet from centerline thence
with northern bounds of said railway for 1 line S. 88-47-
07 W 313.29 feet to a point, set a steel reinforcing road
corner to Caldwell, thence leaving said railroad bounds
and with Caldwell for 1 line recrossing said creek, N.
5-39-58 W. 300.00 feet to the beginning, containing 2.19
acres, more or less.

The law enforcement Agency responsible for the seizure is the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department.
The forfeiture is the result of evidence discovered in a search of said property which took place on or about August 3, 2015, in Tucker County, West Virginia.
That certain parcel of real estate being 2.19 acres is owned by David Snider.
That certain parcel of real estate being 1.52 acres, a part of the 2.37 acre tract is owned by Danny Snider.
That after the date for filing of said claims, an Order of the Court directing forfeiture of the described property to the State and ordering liquidation of said property shall be sought.
If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an Order, upon proper hearing, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
