The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce:

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that TERRY ADKINS may or may not be a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that TERRY ADKINS serve upon BRANDI ADKINS, plaintiff, whose address is 773 CHURCH ST, CLAY, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 9, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk in his office.
