CLOVER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Clover Volunteer Fire Department is seeking competitive bids for Phase I of construction of a new fire house in Clover, WV. This includes a 50’ x 105’ building including vehicle bays, garage and walk-through doors, windows, and a 30’x50’ office area with loft (unfinished) including electrical service, gas, sewer and plumbing.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked as âPhase I Clover VFDã and must be received by April 13, 2018. All bids will be publically opened and read at the Roane County Commission meeting on April 26, 2018. Mail Bids to Clover VFD 3990 Clay Road Spencer, WV 25276.

The Clover VFD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein. All bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening.
