Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Pride Shaluta for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to allow a garage apartment/a second primary residence to be placed on the lot. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg (09) district, described in Deed Book 327, on Page 462, on Tax Map 23B as Parcel 30.
