Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Four-Jaks, Inc. for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a variance to allow for setback exceptions on 3 sides of a new structure to be used for commercial office and warehouse. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring (06) district, described in Deed Book 475, on Page 604, on Tax Map 9L as Parcel 51.
