REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Greenbrier Valley Economic Development Corporation is seeking proposals for the removal of existing heavy chain link barbed wire fence in and around the Rahall Technology and Business Center located at 804 Industrial Park Drive, Maxwelton, WV.
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Remove existing installed 700’ of 6’ heavy chain link barbed wire
fencing along property line between southwest corner at
Greenbrier Valley Economic Development Office entrance,
building frontage along Industrial Park Drive and northwest
corner of parking lot boundary.
2. Remove all fencing and gates, all posts (corner, braces, T-posts,
or metal posts), in fence line according to map provided by GVEDC.
3. Clear and remove all fencing and vegetation along fencing path
line.
4. Remove and dispose of all debris, trash, and refuse generated
by this project from the property of Greenbrier Valley Economic
Development Corporation and Rahall Building.
5. Will take ownership of heavy chain link barbed wire fence, gates
and fixtures in exchange for work completed.
