The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Kentucky Homecare Parent, Inc. and Kentucky Homecare Holdings, Inc., Louisville, KY, CON File #18-1/2/3/4/5/6-11277-A, for the acquisition of Gentiva Health Services, Inc. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $50,639,325.
