Owner: The Gilmer County Board of Education

 

Separate sealed bids for Partial Roof Replacement for the Glenville Elementary School, Glenville WV, will be received by the Gilmer County Board of Education at the Office of the Purchasing Director, 809 Medical Drive, Glenville WV 26351-1216 until 2:00PM LPT, Thursday, May 26, 2016, and then, at said office open and read aloud.

 

Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting John Cole, at 304-626-5117.

 

The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Performance and other contract documents may be examined at the Board Office of the Office of Superintendent, Mr. Gabriel Devono, at 809 Medical Drive, Suite I, Glenville WV 26351-1216. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

 

Pursuant to the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act, all contractors must include their License number on the Form of Proposal.

 

Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to required hours and conditions of construction, and conditions of employment to be observed under the contract.

 

No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

 

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM LPT, on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Glenville Elementary School, 454 VanHorn Drive, Glenville WV 26351. The scope and details of the proposed work will be reviewed. Attendance by a representative of each prospective bidder is Mandatory.
