INVITATION TO BID
Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College (EWVCTC) is currently accepting bids for training equipment to align to the National Institute for Metalworking Skills & Industrial Technology Maintenance (NIMS ITM) Credentials and the NIMS ITM eLearning curriculum.

Sealed Bids shall be received by the OWNER at the following location, time and date:

It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to determine their method of transmittal such that their bids will arrive in the Owner’s office prior to the scheduled bid opening. Proposals received by the Owner after the scheduled opening will be left unopened. Fax bids will not be accepted.
All proposals must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and must be marked “Eastern WV Community & Technical College-Training Equipment”.
All bidders must be a certified vendor with the State of West Virginia and provide a copy of their registered vendor certificate with their bid packet or be willing to obtain a West Virginia Vendors Certificate prior to bid award.
The Contracts will be awarded or rejected within 60 days after bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive any and/or all formalities as it may deem in its best interest. The Owner reserves the right to make an award based on what is in the best interest of the project and requires the approval of the Department of Labor. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any parts thereof. 1c
