INVITATION TO BID
The Eastern West Virginia Community & Technical College invites sealed bids for the sale of:
2001 Chevrolet Malibu
2000 Dodge Intrepid
2002 Dodge Pickup 4X4 with snow plow

Sealed Bids shall be received by the Eastern WV Community & Technical College at the following location, time and date:

Bid opening will be held at 10:01 am on Jun 23, 2017
It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to determine their method of transmittal such that their bids will arrive in the Owner’s office prior to the scheduled bid opening. Proposals received by the Owner after the scheduled opening will be left unopened. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
All proposals must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and must be marked “Eastern WV Community & Technical College Automotives”.
The bids will be awarded or rejected within 60 days after bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any and/or all formalities as it may deem in its best interest. The Owner reserves the right to make an award based on what is in the best interest of the college. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any parts thereof. All bids will remain on file for two years after the award.
