HUDLER, SR., that a petition has been filed with the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia for the removal of the Administrator of the Estates of Samantha T. Hudler and Timothy S. Hudler, Jr., and that a hearing before the Randolph County Commission has been scheduled for THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2015 at 1:30 P.M., to be held in the James F. Cain Courthouse Annex, 4 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, at which time you may appear to protect your interest.
