Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of November 2017, at 1:15 oáclock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Rachel Riley will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his/her childás name from Winry Diana Marie Johnson, to Winry Marie Riley. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
