TO: ADULT SURVIVING FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS

A petition has been filed asking the Court to permit West Virginia University Hospitals. Inc. to respectfully dispose of and cremate the unclaimed remains of Decedent, BETTIE MARIE FAWCETT whose last known principal residence was in Henry Clay Villa, 3253 National Pike, Farmington. Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The hearing will be held in Court Room No. I of the Fayette County Courthouse, Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, June 25, 2015, at 9:30 a.m.. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the, scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and any authority that you may have to determine the final disposition of the unclaimed remains of the Decedent may instead by afforded to the petitioner.
