That parcel titled in the name of Deborah Tiller Blankenship, located at 1995 Altizer Road, Raven, Virginia, 24639, described in the land books of Tazewell County as 18.00 Acres, Mud Lick, Tax Id No. 064 A 0001. TERMS OF SALE: CASH – Ten percent bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due 30 days from sale.
