That parcel titled in the name of Deborah Tiller Blankenship, located at 1995 Altizer Road, Raven, Virginia, 24639, described in the land books of Tazewell County as 18.00 Acres, Mud Lick, Tax Id No. 064 A 0001. TERMS OF SALE: CASH – Ten percent bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due 30 days from sale. Property to be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2015 real estate taxes, which will be prorated.
