SANITARY BOARD OF BLUEFIELD BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA SEWER UTILITY BILLING AND COLLECTING SOFTWARE SYSTEMS PROPOSAL AUGUST 01, 2016 Request for Proposals Sealed proposals will be received by the Sanitary Board of Bluefield, Post Office Box 1870, 100 Rogers St., Bluefield, West Virginia 24701, at the specified dates and times for the following work: Utility Billing Software System, until 4:00 P.M., EST, September 13, 2016. Following the scheduled closing time for the reception of proposals, all proposals that have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work to be bid upon is described as follows: Utility Billing and Collecting Software The Sanitary Board of Bluefield intends to seek the best solution, based on the representative criteria contained in the specifications, for its data processing needs. The successful vendor(s) will seek to establish a turnkey, integrated hardware/software environment for The Sanitary Board of Bluefield, bringing to bear whatever vendor resources are required from the areas of computer systems hardware, software, technical training, conversion, maintenance, and services support. Each Proposal for the Software System shall be submitted on the Vendor’s standard equipment bid proposal format and included in a sealed envelope with the following information: Sealed Proposal for RFP for Utility Billing Software “Name and Address of Bidder”, Sanitary Board of Bluefield, Proposal for Utility Billing Software, to be opened at 4:00 P.M., EST, September 13, 2016. No Proposals may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Proposals. The Sanitary Board of Bluefield reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
