TRUSTEE’S SALE OF 250 PEAKWOOD DRIVE, TAZEWELL, VA 24651 In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $188,000.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.125000{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} from JERRY MYERS dated March 27, 2015, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF TAZEWELL as Deed Book 2015, Page 3969, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF TAZEWELL, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Tazewell located at 101 Main Street, Tazewell, Virginia on September 20, 2016 at 4:15 AM, the property with improvements to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Jeffersonville Magisterial District in Tazewell County, Virginia, just south of the corporate limits of the Town of Tazewell, and being shown and designated as Lot No. 26 on a certain plat of lots known as “Revised Plat of the Peak, Property of Davenport, Brittain & McCall”, which map is of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Plat Book 14, page 71 and 72, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of said Lot No. 26, and being a part of the property which was conveyed to Davenport and McCall, Inc., a Virginia Corporation, by D. C. Davenport and others, by deed dated the 26th day of September, 1979, and of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 463, page 527, reference to which deed is here by made. “The property herein conveyed is subject to the following reservations, restrictions and exceptions: 1 Only residential buildings can be erected on the property. 2. No building or structure shall have less than 1800 square fee above ground. 3. All buildings must be constructed of wood, stone, masonite, brick or vinyl and shall be kept in good condition and properly painted. 4. No out building shall be constructed on said premises which is not of a permanent structure. 5. No junk or other unsightly objects may be placed or kept on the property. 6. No trailers or double-wides shall be located on the property. 7.
