NOTICE

TAZEWELL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TAZEWELL, VIRGINIA NOTICE TO REPAIR, REMOVE, OR SECURE SPECIFIC PROPERTIES TAKE NOTICE, that as required by Article I, Chapter 4, Sec. 4-27, 27.1 of the Code of Tazewell County, as adopted November 17, 2009, the owners of the properties listed below are hereby notified to remove, repair, or secure any building, wall or other structure which might endanger the public health or safety of residents of Tazewell County, Virginia. Amonate Road Lots 71-72, Theodore L. & Mary A. Conley, Jackie L. & Richard K. Mabe owner 147 Laurel Bed Road Thompson Valley, Eulis & Viola Wimmer owner 2206 Jewell ridge Road, Callie Marie Anders owner 1532 Indian Creek Road, Lonzy Carl Owens owner 112 Williams Street, Stuart Carlisle Payne,Et Als owner 193 Coach Road, Bobby & Norma Sparks owner Notice has been posted on each structure after inspection by Tazewell County Property Maintenance Inspector. Owners of each property have been notified by certified mail, return receipt requested, at the last known address of the owner. Each owner will have no less than 90 days from return of receipt of mailing or the publishing of this notice for two successive weeks in this newspaper to remove, repair, or secure all such structures on said properties so as to eliminate all undue danger to the public health or safety of residents of Tazewell County. Failure to remove, repair, or secure said structure within 90 days of final publication or return of receipt of mailing, whichever is later, may cause the Tazewell Property Maintenance Inspector to remove, repair, or secure said structure(s) at the cost of the owner(s). Such charges shall constitute a lien against such property on a parity with liens for unpaid taxes and enforceable in the same manner as provided in Articles III and IV of Chapter 39 of Title 58.1 of the Code of Virginia of 1950.
