ATTENTION PRINCETON RESIDENTS On Tuesday, the 11th day of October, 2016, at 6:30 P. M., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, West Virginia, the Princeton City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding a proposal TO CONVEY A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE, BEING A SECTION OF UNOPENED ALLEYWAY, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE HOME RULE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA (CITY CODE ?123.03), WHICH PERMITS THE DISPOSITION OF REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES. SAID PROPERTY IS SITUATE ON THE WATERS OF BRUSH CREEK JUST OFF ROGERS STREET IN THE CITY OF PRINCETON, MERCER COUNTY, WV, AND IS MORE PARTICULARLY BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at a 5/8″ rebar with a cap set on the common of the line of the Winter Properties Partnership, LLP property and in the northern line of a 12′ wide alley, said rebar also being the common western corner of a 0.083 acre tract to be conveyed by said Winter Properties and the 1498 sq. ft. tract herein described; thence running partially with the common line of said Winter Properties and said 12′ wide alley; then partially with a second 12′ wide alley, then partially with the common line of the Carolyn Hardin property, the following course and distance: * N72 degrees 34′ 38″E – 120.00′ (passing through a pk-nail set on line in the pavement @52.65′) to a point; thence leaving the common line of said Hardin, and running across the first mentioned 12′ alley, the following course and distance: * S17 degrees 25′ 22″E – 12.48′ to a point in the common corner of the Leslie C. & Nina Kay Reynolds property and the Frederick & Eileen Snider property; thence leaving the common corner of said Snider, and running with the common line of said Reynolds, with the southern line of the first mentioned 12′ wide alley, the following course and distance: * S72 degrees 34′ 38″W – 120.00′ to a 5/8″ rebar with a cap found in the common corner of the Timothy J. Donatelli DMP, Inc. property; thence leaving the common corner of said Reynolds and Donatelli, and running across the first mentioned alley, the following course and distance: * N17 degrees 17′ 24″ W – 12.48′ to the point beginning and containing 1498 sq.ft. or 0.034 acres. At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard.
