NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE SITUATE IN TAZEWELL COUNTY, VIRGINIA In execution of the deed of trust, dated April 24, 2003, from Bobby Koen and Rita Koen to James W. Dudley and C.
