Public Notice Affordable Housing Development Community Action of South Eastern West Virginia, Inc. (CASE WV) is proposing to develop 4 units of affordable rental housing to be located at 200 Park Ave., at the corner of Straley Ave., Princeton WV. The units will be rented to low income families meeting the qualifying criteria. Each duplex will consist of one 1-bedroom and one 2-bedroom unit.
