ACTION: Notice of Availability of Draft Supplemental Plan – Environmental Assessment (Draft – EA). SUMMARY: Pursuant to Section 102(2) (C) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969; the Council on Environmental Quality Guidelines (40 CFR Part 1500); and the Natural Resources Conservation Service Guidelines (7 CFR Part 650); the Natural Resources Conservation Service, U. S. Department of Agriculture, gives notice that a Draft-EA is available for the rehabilitation of Brush Creek Site 14, Mercer County, West Virginia. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: A Draft-EA for the Rehabilitation of Brush Creek Site 14 has been made available for public review. This Draft EA has been prepared to document the condition of Site 14, the alternatives considered, and the recommended plan. The Natural Resources Conservation Service invites agencies and individuals that have special expertise, legal jurisdiction, or interest in the proposed Brush Creek Site 14 Rehabilitation Project to review the Draft EA and provide comments. A public meeting will be held on Thursday, December 15th from 3:30 to 6:00 pm at the Mercer County 4-H Camp Assembly Hall. Copies of the Brush Creek Site 14 draft EA may be downloaded electronically from: http://www.nrcs.usda.gov/wps/portal/nrcs/detail/wv/programs/planning/wr/?cid=stelprdb1253290. Hard copies of the draft EA may be requested from the NRCS State Office in Morgantown, WV. Comments are to be received by this office on or before Friday, December 30th. Comments received, including the names and addresses of those who comment, will be considered part of the public record on this proposal.
