NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Armstrong Creek Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. will meet December 7, 2016 at the firehouse, located at 3319 Armstrong Creek Road, Powellton, WV 25161 at 7:00 p.m., in a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147 (f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the Lessee enter into a Lease-purchase agreement with Republic First National Corp. under the “Code” in order to finance the acquisition of equipment. The equipment to be financed consists of One (1) New Rosenbauer Light Rescue Brush Truck (the “Equipment”) and will be located at the firehouse in Powellton, WV 25161. To finance the costs of such Equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Lessee proposes to enter into the Lease-purchase agreement with Republic First National Corp. in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $207,000.00. The Lessee will be required to pay all expenses of the operating, maintaining, and insuring the Project and to pay all taxes on the Equipment. The rental payments due pursuant to the Lease-purchase agreement will be payable and secured by a security interest Lien on the Equipment above here mentioned. All persons interested may appear and be at said time and place or may file written comments with the department prior to the hearing set forth herein above. November 23, 2016. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE OPERATION
OF GIFT SHOP, SNACK BAR AND ADMISSION BOOTH

West Virginia State Wildlife Center

The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Section is seeking a qualified and competent contractor to operate a gift shop, snack bar, and admission booth at the West Virginia State Wildlife Center in French Creek, West Virginia. The Division of Natural Resources reserves the right to award the contract upon the basis of any bid proposals received, and to reject any and all bid proposals. More than one bid proposal from an individual, firm, or partnership, corporation or association, under the same or different names will not be considered. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Division of Natural Resources District 3 Office in French Creek, West Virginia, on November 30, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Questions from prospective contractors will be answered, and a tour of the Wildlife Center’s facilities will be conducted.

Sealed bid proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on December 21, 2016. Any proposal received after this date and time will not be considered.
