TRUSTEE’S SALE OF 16 MARIGOLD LN, RAVEN, VA 24639 In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $94,240.00, with an annual interest rate of 8.350000{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} from ROBERT ASTEN AND NAOMI ASTEN dated September 18, 2006, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF RUSSELL as Deed Book 639, Page 0937, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF RUSSELL, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Tazewell located at 101 Main Street, Tazewell, Virginia on December 13, 2016 at 4:15 PM, the property with improvements to wit: All those certain lots of land lying and being in the Village of Raven, in Russell County, Virginia, and being Lots Nos. It is noted that the real property herein conveyed contains in total 1.10 acres more or less, and is on a certain plat by Hubert T.
