PARKING CITATION AND PERMIT PROCESSING
Sealed proposals will be received by the City Finance Director of Morgantown, West Virginia until April 28, 2017 at 10:00 am (EST) for a parking citation and permit proposal in accordance with the specifications on file and available from the Morgantown Parking Authority, 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505. 304-284-7435
All proposals shall be clearly marked "Sealed Proposal 2017-15". Each bidder shall submit a five percent (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) bid bond, certified check, or postal money order for each proposal. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
The Morgantown Parking Authority reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive irregularities and informalities in the proposal or in the process.
