Notice is given that Perennial CMM West Virginia, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a Utility Flare located on Guston Run Road, near New Hill, in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.686963, -80.051452 .

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX) 5.4 Tons/year, Carbon Monoxide (CO) 24.4 Tons/year, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) 44.9 Tons/year, Particulate Matter (PM) 0.25 Tons/year, Particulate Matter less than 10 Microns (PM 10) 0.11 Tons/year, and Carbon Dioxide 9224 Tons/year.

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 25th day of August, 2017. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
