The Monongalia County, WV, Board of Education will accept sealed bids for Traffic Control and Security until July 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. for the period 2017-2018 School Year (beginning August 17, 2017).
Specification and conditions are as follows:
Provide traffic control for up to 10 schools; for up to 175 school days; for approximately one hour, morning and afternoon. May require up to 30 people. Additional duties may be required. Bid should include hourly rate to be charged.
Successful bidder must provide evidence of: Required licenses, certifications required by state and local governments; minimum $1 million per occurrence liability insurance; training program for officers; policy for background checks; references from previous clients; evidence of adequate staff availability.
The outside of the envelope must be marked Traffic Control. All bids are due by 1:00 p.m. on July 26, 2015 at Monongalia County School Transportation, 101 Mylan Park Lane, Morgantown, WV 26501 Attention: Jeff Meadows
