NOTICE TO

ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING FIRMS

Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G (Procurement of Architectural/Engineering Services), the Pendleton County Commission is seeking Expressions of Interest from Architectural & Engineering firms for professional services related to the replacement of four front entry columns at the Pendleton County Courthouse.

Firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest, including detailed qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, related prior experience, and professional references no later than Friday, February 25 by 4:00 PM to:

The goal of the competitive process is to objectively select the firm who will provide the highest quality of service. Accordingly, technical expertise and related past experience will be weighed heavily. The Pendleton County Commission will evaluate firm qualifications and may conduct discussions and/or interviews with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the service required.

The Pendleton County Commission will afford full opportunity to women and minority owned business enterprises to submit a show of interest and response to this request and will not discriminate against any interested individual or firm on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in award of the contract.
