Notice is hereby given by United Bank, 11185 Fairfax Boulevard, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, that it has applied to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to merge United Bank, Inc., 514 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101 with and into United Bank. United Bank will continue to operate the branches of United Bank, Inc. at the current United Bank, Inc. locations following the merger. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of the applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs.
You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, P.O. Box 27622, Richmond, VA 23261. Comments can also be sent electronically to [email protected]. The comment period will not end before August 21, 2017. The Boardás procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R.
