NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE SALE OF THE ASSETS OF QUEEN SHOALS PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT TO WEST VIRGINIA-AMERICAN WATER
COMPANY AND THE DISSOLUTION OF THE QUEEN SHOALS PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
Pursuant to West Virginia Code §16-13A-18a notice is hereby given that the Queen Shoals Public Service District will be holding a Public Hearing on the 14th day of November, 2016 at the District’s Office at 3356 Camp Creek Road, Bomont, for the purpose of considering a sale of the assets of Queen Shoals Public Service District to West Virginia-American Water. Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m.
The public is invited to attend this meeting and provide comments prior to any vote that may be taken by the Board of the Queen Shoals Public Service District.
The Board will also consider the dissolution of the District as part of this Public Hearing all of which is subject to the approval of the Clay County Commission and the Public Service Commission of West Virginia.
