RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is notice that on the 15th day of December, 2016 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 p.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Gerald and Leora Lilly, for the purpose of a Manufactured Home Park, (3 lots). The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural Residential and the proposed zoning is to be (R1) Rural Residential.
