NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING TO: CITIZENS THE CITY
OF FAIRMONT: Please take notice that
the Planning Commission for the City of Fairmont will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at 7:00p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City of Fairmont Public Safety building, 500 Quincy Street, Fairmont, WV, on the following items:
1. General discussion regarding 10-year up- date of the Comprehensive Plan.
2. Items to be set for public hearings in January
Any interested person may appear at the public hearing and be heard on the matter following the public hearing, the Com- mission shall take such action as it deems necessary in the premises.
