NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 13, 2009, from Roger Lee Scarbro Jr. to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 838, at page 660, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $89,918.94, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on July 28, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, that certain real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Plateau District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a stake on the north side of the County road leading from Oak Hill to Lochgelly, said corner being witnessed as follows: 12″ maple S 64-15 E. 17.70; 15″ maple across road, S 50-00 W. 44.25 feet, said corner being located SE 140 feet from the old store building on Lochgelly road, hence leaving road and running up hill N 26-00 E. 322.20 feet to a stake on the line of New River Company, hence running with New River Company N 38-47 W 121.00 feet to a stake on line of said company, hence running down hill S 26-42 W 362.60 feet to a stake on the north side of said road 26 feet SE from old store building, hence with said road S 58-32 E 114 feet to the beginning, containing 0.89 acre. Being the same property conveyed from John Legg to Roger Lee Scarbro, Jr. by Deed dated March 13, 2009, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 646, at page 302.
