NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated March 16, 2011, executed by Borrower(s), Craig Dorsey and Priscilla Dorsey, to Carl W. Roop, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5042, at Page 5695. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 307 Meyers Avenue, Beckley, WV 25801. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated May 27, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5062, Page 4890. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date August 24, 2016 at 1:42 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: That certain lot or parcel of land, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and shown and designated as Lot No. B of the subdivision part of Lot No. 39 of the L. C. Lilly proposed addition to Beckley, West Virginia, as shown upon a map of Lots A, B and C of said addition, which map has been recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 8, page 180, to which said map reference is here made. Said Lot fronts 50 feet on the Northwest side of Meyers avenue (formerly third Avenue) and extends back between parallel lines a distance of 150 feet and being 50 feet wide in the back.
