NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated May 15, 2002, executed by Borrower(s), Jennifer M Grimes and Woody A Grimes, to James B. Crawford, III, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5007, at Page 1991 and re-recorded on November 13, 2006 in Book 5024 at Page 5966. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 122 Colton Loop, Mac Arthur, WV 25873. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated May 26, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5062, Page 4662. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: August 24, 2016 at 1:44 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: That certain lot or parcel of land situate in Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the common line of Lot No. 24 and Lot No. 25, a corner to a lot heretofore conveyed by Beulah Edmonds and Il C. Edmonds, her husband, to Roy A. Jones and wife, by deed dated December 5, 1946, and of record in the Raleigh County Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 239, at page 100, and thence with the line of the Jones property, 150 feet to a line of Lot No. 23, thence with the line of Lot No. 23, 100 feet to a stake, and thence a straight line parallel to and 100 feet distant from the line of the Jones property referred to above, 150 feet to the line of Lot No. 25, and thence with the line of Lot No. 25, 100 feet to the place of beginning, containing 15,000 square feet, more or less. And being the same property acquired by Woody A. Grimes and Jennifer M. Grimes, his wife, from Esther B. Taylor, which said Deed is to be recorded prior to or simultaneously herewith. Being the same property conveyed to Jennifer M Grimes and Woody A Grimes by the Deed dated May 15, 2002 and recorded in Deed Book 5007 at Page 1989 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
