NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Trustee(s), Richard A. Pill and/or David D. Pill, by that certain Deed of Trust dated July 21, 2011, executed by the Borrower, Joseph V. Norman, to Richard A. Pill and/or David D. Pill, the Trustee(s), of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5043, at Page 8615. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 110 Selden Street, Crab Orchard, WV 25827. The Borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Trustee will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: December 7, 2016 at 1:17 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: The following described property, lying and being situate in Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and more particularly being the surface of Lot No. 11 of Section 6 of the Town of Crab Orchard, as shown by a map thereof, incorporated in and recorded July 13, 1928, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 99 at page 112, to which map reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the property hereby conveyed. And being the same property acquired by Joseph V. Norman, by deed dated the 29th day of June, 2011, from Gerald L. Scarafino, Executor of the Estate of Mary Catherine Scarafino, recorded in the County Clerk’s Office of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 5043, at Page 8614.
