NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated July 8, 2009, from Katherine M. Williams and Mitchell J. Williams to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5036, at page 2923, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $57,670.90, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on January 11, 2017 at 8:30 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the surface of a part of Lot No. 32, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, said Lot No. 32 being shown on a map designated “Map of Maple Fork Truck Farms, Raleigh County, West Virginia, W. A. Curtis, Engineer, August 27, 1935,” which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 9, at page 62, the part of said Lot No. 32 conveyed herein being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a set 3/4 inch iron pipe in the east line of Meadow Street, said point also being the common corner of Lots Nos. 32 and 33 of Maple Fork Truck Farms; thence leaving Meadow Street and with the dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 and 33, N. 79 f 30′ E. 110.00 feet to a set 3/4 inch iron pipe in said dividing line; thence leaving the line of Lot No. 33 and with a new line through Lot No. 32, S. 10 f 30′ E. 100.00 feet to a set 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence with another new line through Lot No. 32 (said line being 50 feet north of and parallel to the dividing line between Lots Nos. 31 and 32), S. 79 f 30′ W. 110.00 feet to a set 3/4 inch iron pipe in the east line of said Meadow Street; thence with the east line of Meadow Street N. 10 f 30′ W. 100.00 feet to the point and place of beginning, containing 11,000 square feet, as shown on a map entitled “Property Map for Jerry & Alma Lee Davis, Scale 1″ = 30′ Dennis J. Lilly, Land Surveyor, May 16, 1981.” Being the same property conveyed from Charles L. Martin and Deborah C. Martin to Katherine M. Williams and Mitchell J. Williams, husband and wife, by Deed dated May 4, 2007, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5027, at page 8586. Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
