NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
The applicant, Peach Tree Investments, has submitted a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning) request from the General Commercial Zoning District to the Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. The request is for 1.0933 acre. The property is located on Rosewood Drive, Charles Town, WV. The requested Zoning Map Amendment is for a part of parcel of District 3, Tax Map 12, Parcel 17.00.
