NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Charles Town City Hall Council Chambers, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Board of Zoning Appeals on the following matter:

Docket # BA 2016-0012: Variance The applicant, Angie Jimenez, has requested a variance from Table 1324.06B, Standards for Permanent Signs in the NC and OT-MUC Zoning Districts of the Charles Town Zoning Ordinance for the existing non-compliant sign to remain at 306 West Washington Street. The property is zoned Old Town Mixed Use. Property is identified as District 3, Map 2B, Parcel 6.
