The City of Lewisburg Planning Commission will meet in regular session on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber, located in the Lewisburg City Hall, 942 West Washington Street, Lewisburg.

2. Approval of Minutes: December
1, 2016.
3. Public Hearing: Ream Properties, 305 North Jefferson Street, Conditional use Permit for single family attached dwellings.
4. Public Hearing: Ream Properties, 305 North Jefferson Street, site plan review.
5. Public Hearing: Lewisburg Baptist Church, 246 Grand Avenue, site plan review.
6. Zoning Officer: Chuck Smith
*Next meeting February 2, 2017, with a deadline of January 13, 2017.
